So, you think you need support?
If you are experiencing emotional suffering, crisis, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, mood swings, feeling that you have no control over your own life, "losing control" or lacking a sense of purpose, feeling lonely, having difficulties in relationships with others, or simply want to get to know yourself better – I invite you to a meeting.
Meetings take place in an atmosphere of empathy, acceptance, and respect for your autonomy.
The first two or three meetings are consultations.

About psychotherapy
I work in the Gestalt approach. It belongs to the humanistic-experiential psychotherapy group, which is based on the assumption that every person has natural potential for health and development, and psychological difficulties are a consequence of disturbed contact in the relationship with oneself. Psychotherapy understood in this way is not "fixing" - it is a process of getting to know oneself better.
Gestalt treats a person holistically - we deal with thoughts, emotions, and the body. We focus on "here and now", without omitting the client's past and its influence on current experiences. We support the client in expanding self-awareness and recognizing their own resources.
What I value most in Gestalt is acceptance. One of the foundations of this approach is the paradoxical theory of change, which states:
genuine change occurs when a person becomes fully what they are, rather than striving to become what they are not.
